This document represents a significant historical artifact—a land contract dated 1869 between David Phetteplace, a resident of Norwich, New York, and Caleb B. Barr. 


This agreement details land transfer and reflects the legal and economic practices of the time, providing insight into the lives and transactions of these individuals.

 In the 1951 photograph, Mayor Cobo of Detroit is seated in the impressive Genevieve automobile. 


The image is marked with the date "1951" and the caption, "Big Promotion with Mayor Cobo - Detroit." One of the attendants' names, "Henry," is written above him.  


Louis Goldenberg took the photograph from Paramount Photo Service at 10088 Hart, Huntington Woods, Michigan. The contact number for inquiries is WO—3-6232.
